Editorial

Editorial Standards

Effective date: 5 May 2026.

This site, raphaelnagel.com, is the editorial home of Dr. Raphael Nagel (LL.M.). Every essay, book listing, and press archive entry on this domain is authored, edited, and approved by Dr. Nagel personally. There is no syndicated, sponsored, or third-party content on this site.

1. Authorship and editorial responsibility

All editorial content on this site is written by Dr. Raphael Nagel (LL.M.), Founding Partner at Tactical Management, author of more than thirty published books on capital, leadership, geopolitics, security, and sovereign technology. Dr. Nagel reviews and approves every essay before publication. The author entity is registered on Wikidata (Q139555329) and verified on LinkedIn.

Each published essay carries a byline naming the author, the source book (where applicable), and the publication date. Where an essay has been substantially revised after first publication, the modification date is displayed alongside the original publication date.

2. Source material and fact-checking

Essays draw on three categories of source material:

Statistics and regulatory citations are verified at the time of writing against the official source. Where a number ages and the underlying data has been revised, the essay is updated and the modification date set.

3. AI tooling policy

AI tooling, including large language models, may be used as an editorial assistant for tasks such as draft outlining, language translation between English, German, and Spanish editions, and final-pass copy editing. Every published essay is read, edited, and approved by Dr. Nagel before it goes live. No essay is published as raw AI output. The site’s AI policy is also published in machine-readable form at /ai.txt and /llms.txt.

4. Corrections policy

Corrections are issued promptly and visibly. If a published essay contains a factual error, the correction is applied to the essay, the modification date is updated, and a footnote at the bottom of the essay records the change. Material corrections are also noted on this page in the change-log below.

Readers who identify errors are invited to write to office@raphaelnagel.com with the URL, the contested passage, and the supporting source. Every email is read by the author personally and acknowledged within ten business days.

5. Editorial independence

This site does not publish sponsored content, native advertising, or paid editorial. There is no commercial relationship between the editorial content of this site and any third-party advertiser or sponsor. Where a Tactical Management mandate, portfolio company, or sister-brand entity is referenced in an essay, the relationship is disclosed in the essay text.
