I am a German-Spanish investor operating at the intersection of capital, governance, and strategic transformation, based in Dubai.

For more than two decades, I have worked at the intersection of capital, governance, and strategic transformation. My focus lies in complex environments where structure, discipline, and long-term orientation determine sustainable outcomes.

My investment activities concentrate on critical infrastructure, advanced systems, and businesses requiring operational realignment. I combine execution capability with institutional responsibility, building structures designed to endure beyond market cycles.

I began my career in banking and finance, specializing in mergers and acquisitions as well as the restructuring of distressed and transitional assets.

I am the Founder and Chairman of The Abrahamic Business Circle, an international platform connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers to advance economic diplomacy and cross-border cooperation.

Through this platform and my private investment activities, I have facilitated strategic partnerships and transactions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latam.
